Fall River Health Services is comprised of a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital, a 24 hour ER, Seven Sisters Living Center nursing home and Fall River Rural Health Clinic. Hours of operation are, M-F 8am-8pm, Sat & Sun 9am-1pm, and walk-ins are always welcome.
