Biography:

FRHS is excited to welcome Brenda VanDewater graduated from Walden University (MN) in November of 2015. She brings 17 years of nursing experience in many areas of practice including emergency medicine, intensive care, critical care, administration, and long term care prior to becoming a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She and her husband were born and raised in Fall River County with her husband graduating from Hot Springs High School and Brenda graduating from Edgemont High School. They have three children together-one senior in high school, one elementary age, and one toddler (ages 17, 8, and 2). In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and baking and spending time with family. Brenda¬'s main reason for becoming a CNP was to give back to the community in which she was born and raised.
