For the seventh year in a row, Fall River Health Services is proud to offer a $1,000 scholarship to a 2026 Fall River County high school graduate pursuing a career in the healthcare field at an accredited college, university, or trade school.

We’re also offering a $1,000 scholarship to the child of an FRHS employee who plans to enter the healthcare profession.

This year marks the inaugural Nora Cox Memorial Scholarship, honoring a true friend of healthcare. Nora, along with her husband Bill, generously donated the land for the Fall River Health Services hospital in 2007 and again in 2012 for the Seven Sisters Living Center. A passionate advocate for nursing, Nora’s legacy lives on through this scholarship, supporting the next generation of caregivers.

It’s important to FRHS that we continue to grow and strengthen the healthcare profession in our community. These scholarships reflect our commitment to local students and families who are dedicated to making a difference in health care.

Applications are now open—please share with eligible students and employee families. Together, we’re building a healthier future.
