Wellness Exams & Sports Physicals Are Now Available

The 2023-24 school year is almost here, and with it comes another sports season. FRHS is prepared and read to perform your child’s wellness check at the same time provide their annual sports physical.

Fall River Health Services is providing these services all year long. With sports season right around the corner. Schedule your well child exams and sports physicals now.

Sports Physicals: $20 - due at time of appointment.

Students will need to bring to their appointment a sports physical form as well as a completed health history form.

Paperwork must be filled out in order to check in.
