Seven Sisters Living Center Earns 4-Star CMS Quality Rating
Hot Springs, SD – Fall River Health Services is pleased to announce that Seven Sisters Living Center has earned a 4-star overall rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for the second quarter of 2026.
The CMS Five-Star Quality Rating System provides an overall rating for nursing homes based on key measures including health inspections, staffing and quality measures. A 4-star rating represents a level of performance above the average among nursing homes nationwide.
This recognition is a reflection of the dedication and compassion of the Seven Sisters Living Center team, who work every day to provide quality care and a safe, comfortable and supportive environment for residents.
The 4-star CMS rating recognizes the continued efforts of caregivers across Seven Sisters Living Center and their commitment to the people who call the facility home.
