C.N.P. / Advanced Practice Provider Hospital, FT
Fall River Health Services is seeking a licensed CNP with a minimum of (3) years’ experience who prefers to work in a highly autonomous Critical Access Hospital (CAH) setting. A South Dakota medical license or eligibility is required. This is an amazingly unique opportunity that includes (7) consecutive days per month with flexible hours for CAH call and walk-in rural health clinic. This position is full time exempt with benefits. Schedule includes seven (7) consecutive twenty four (24) hour shifts with eight (8) hours on site and sixteen (16) hours on-call per work day each month, twelve months of the year.
No obstetrics or ED call required
Average 2-4 inpatients/day
Walk-in clinic (2) days per week; (4) hours per day
Ancillary services include: Laboratory, Pharmacy, Radiology (X-ray, 128-slice CT, DEXA, Ultrasound and mobile MRI)
Telemedicine support for ER and Hospital; new Telemetry Monitoring System
Diagnostic testing includes PFTs, Sleep Studies, EKG’s, etc.
Respiratory, Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapy along with Cardiopulmonary Rehab
