Biography:

Dr. Patrick J. Kenney is a board certified general surgeon who’s interests include advanced hernia repair, robotic surgery and minimally invasive surgery. Prior to coming to Rapid City four years ago, Dr. Kenney was in practice in the Atlanta area for 8 years after completing his training in general surgery. He is a 16 year veteran of the United States Army, serving for 9 years as an enlisted soldier prior to becoming a commissioned officer. He left active service in 2004. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons and the Americas Hernia Society, where he also serves as a member of the AHS membership committee.
