Biography:

Dr. Wernick was born and raised in “big wonderful” Wyoming, where he graduated from the University of Wyoming having studied physiology. Life’s course initially sent him down the path of law enforcement.
Over the span of five years, work as a peace officer provided him
with skills he uses everyday as a physician. Dr. Wernick
transitioned into medicine with a perspective well suited to
serve a primary care role. He set sail for the Caribbean and
graduated medical school from St. George’s University.
After much time away from the mountain west, he is back
home and is thrilled to practice broad-spectrum family
medicine in the outpatient clinic and emergency room
settings. Outside of work, his pursuits include
snowmobiling, fly fishing, and physical fitness.
